The Webber-Camden Neighborhood Association (hereafter WCNO), using an allocation of Phase II NRP funds, will reimburse residents for home improvements that will enhance the safety of the property they own or reside at. The property must be located within the geographic boundaries of Webber-Camden Neighborhood and may include either owner-occupied or rental property although residents who live in rental homes must have written approval of the property owner prior to making improvements.
Recipients will be permitted only one (1) grant per calendar year. Up to three (3) resident neighbors on one (1) block can pool their grants for joint projects that benefit them all.
