The New Minneapolis Homes Vacant Houses List is Coming later this month!

You’ve asked us over the past few months, “When are you going to have more vacant houses available for rehab?”

We’ve had to hold off answering your inquiries until now in order to acquire more properties and to develop new products to assist home buyers. Stay tuned for updates this month, including a new property list and new financing resources to REHAB a City-owned vacant home.

Minneapolis Homes is a program of the Residential and Real Estate Development (RRED) work unit of the City of Minneapolis department of Community Planning and Economic Development. The goal of this business unit is to create healthy, mixed income housing markets in the City by developing opportunities for homeownership and responsibly managing land banked property.
